Lullary is a bedtime story app for parents and caregivers to read aloud to children. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app and website may collect, how it is used, and how to contact us.
Information we collect
Lullary is designed to work without child accounts and without asking children to provide personal information. The app may process basic app usage information needed to run the product, remember preferences, and manage purchases.
If you purchase a subscription or lifetime access, Apple processes the payment. Lullary uses RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage premium access. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous app user identifier, purchase status, product identifiers, subscription events, device and app information needed for purchase validation, and related technical logs.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide and maintain the app;
- restore purchases and unlock premium features;
- respond to support requests;
- understand and fix crashes or technical issues;
- comply with legal and App Store obligations.
Children's privacy
Lullary is intended to be used by adults with children nearby. The app does not ask children to create accounts, submit names, record voices, or share contact details. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Voice and audio
Lullary does not provide AI narration of story text. The app is built for parents to read aloud themselves. Ambient sounds are background audio and are not recordings of you or your child.
Third-party services
We use Apple services for App Store distribution and in-app purchases. We use RevenueCat for subscription and purchase entitlement management. These services process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including purchase restoration, support, security, accounting, and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your support request, subject to legal and technical limits.
