These Terms of Use govern your use of Lullary, including the iOS app and this website. By using Lullary, you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
Lullary provides short bedtime stories, ambient soundscapes, and reading cues for parents and caregivers. The app is intended for adult use with children nearby. You are responsible for deciding whether the content is appropriate for your family.
No medical or parenting advice
Lullary is not a medical, therapeutic, or parenting advice service. It does not diagnose sleep problems or replace professional guidance.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store payment terms. Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing management are handled through your Apple ID settings.
License
Unless a custom license is presented in the App Store, Lullary is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You can review it at Apple's Standard EULA.
Content
Stories, text, design, audio, and other materials in Lullary are owned by Lullary or its licensors. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly perform app content except as allowed by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass payment or entitlement systems, or use Lullary in a way that violates applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or App Store listing.
